[Devel] LV2 hosts with support for presets extension

I'm currently testing with jalv, but it cannot seem to find presets that are
contained in the plugin bundle. Presets saved by jalv are stored in
~/.lv2/presets.lv2/ and can be loaded from there, too.

Is this the only directory in which jalv looks for presets?
