[LV2] Request for data: host compatibility page

Thanks @David for this list. Now I understand why threadSafeRestore 
doesn't show any effect, yet ;-). For the future, it would also be nice 
to see how other LV2 host deal with the LV2 standards/extensions. The 
zrythm project, QTractor and of course the great (but non-FOSS) DAW by 
Justin Frankel.
