[LV2] LV2 site inputs

Hey!

I like it, it has a clean look about it, and I think its a good step to a
better design.

After a chat on #lv2  on IRC, the following few points seem to sum up the
goal of
the LV2 site (based on input from those active on IRC that is :)

1. Goal of the site is to promote LV2 as a spec
2. Clearly show the "Get LV2" download link
3. Show channels of communication: IRC, bugtracker, ML / emails etc
4. "Getting Started" section
5. Demo existing LV2 work

Ideally all of these are clearly indicated on the front page.

Attached a draft thingy of what I imagine. Opinions welcomed :)
