[LV2] Github LV2 organization

Hello everyone,

Thanks to Github support, the previously squatted lv2 organization on
Github now belongs to us.  I've moved all of the "official" LV2
projects that were previously under my personal account there:

https://github.com/lv2

Please update your remotes if you were using the Github repositories.

I've also added an lv2kit repository there, so this can now be had from
Github as well.

If you're a contributor and would like to be added to the organization,
or have any other ideas around what we should do with this, let me
know.
