[LV2] Dplug wrapper for LV2

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to announce that we have successfully added support for LV2
in Dplug on Windows, MacOS and linux.  You can find more info about it on
Github <https://github.com/AuburnSounds/Dplug>.  We plan to support LV2 for
the foreseeable future.  Working with LV2 has been a pleasure, and I would
like to thank everyone involved with LV2 for providing such a well thought
out and open source format!  I've also written a short article announcing
