[LV2] LV3 Wishlist

Not that any lv3 is coming soon, but I've seen several conversations that
contain a "should of/would of/could of" and I think its a good idea to
document those. I wrote the ones I remember seeing in a text document in
the lv2 repo called lv3wishlist.  You can pull from
git at github.com:ssj71/lv2.git
if it looks ok. I might have missed the point on one of them, or perhaps
there are a bunch more, but I figured I could try to get the ball rolling.
