[LV2] Building on OSX

Hi,
I'm new to LV2 programming however I just thought I'd mention that I've managed to get lv2-1.10.0 and jalv-1.4.6 to build on OSX 10.9.5. 

I ran into a problem with a header file not being found - <pcre.h>. Sorry but I didn't make a note of which lib has this problem. Apparently the lib and header that come installed with OSX don't match so I dowloaded and installed a replacement. Just one quick comment about the build process - it would be good if there was a note somewhere listing the libs that are required to build jalv - i.e. that you also need lilv, serd, sord, suil and sratom (and maybe why you need them too).
