[LV2] python-RDFdict

Hey,

I wanted to parse some ttl files in python and went a bit overboard
and made this:

https://github.com/kasbah/python-RDFdict

It's a small utility class to structure RDF into a python dictionary.
It's a bit more general and extensible than the one Luis made
(https://github.com/portalmod/python-rdfmodel).

Hopefully it will be useful for something.
