All right, that wasn't terribly hard, and the code even got a little
simpler now that I'm using the atom extension. :) Tested with Ardour,
Qtractor and my own lv2plugin~ host for Pd, seems to work fine so far.
I've got the new code up at https://bitbucket.org/agraef/faust-lv2. To
give it a try, install Faust, clone the faust-lv2 repo at Bitbucket
and run `make`. I've included a bunch of Faust examples, also from the
Faust STK implementation, so there's some stuff to play with.

This still needs some work before I can nuke the old faust-lv2 website
at googlecode (in particular, the docs need some updating), and I also
want to give it some more testing before I update the lv2 targets in
the Faust source. But as far as the migration away from the event
extension is concerned, I think that we should have Faust covered now.
