[LV2] Multiverb on Github

OK, I have created a new repo on github at
github.com/professorwub/MultiverbLV2. It contains all of my source code for
the plug-in (including .ttl files) and a makefile. I forgot to commit/push
the tech PDF document, but will do so soon. As far as I know, the only
special thing you need that is not posted there is the lv2-plugin library.

So if anyone can come up with a Win64 or mac version, you are my hero!
