Well I have found this docs, but they didn't help me.
If you could provide example code, that will be very welcome.

I just wane save and load presets via the host, eg. ardour3. I just need 
to store simple port values, nothing to add from the plug internal, so 
just the values the host have already.
Unfortunately ardour3 save only garbage (for my plug) when I save a 
preset in it. Some values get restored when loaded, but just some. The 
preset file which ardour3 produce isn't in a human readable format, like 
those produced for calf, for example.
