[LV2] pygtk jalv starter

Hi

I've reworked my little pygtk script to select a lv2 plug and run it 
with a selected jalv interpreter, or inspect it with lv2info.
This makes it easy and fast to check if a plug works well on all jalv 
interpreters.
It use now python-lilv to get the plugin-list. You can select the plugs 
by name, and you can shrink the list by regex to find a plug fast.
Maybe the one or the other here have a use case for it.
