[LV2] LV2 extension to manage presets from plugin UI

Hi.

Is there a LV2 extension list and save presets from plugin UIs?

It appears Lars Luthman has written an extension for it, but it doesn't
seem very well supported. It found this reference

The alternatives which have been used in some plugins to manually inspect
and save ttl files don't seem to be the right way.
