[LV2] List changes

I have made the list archives public, and changed the subject prefix to
[LV2].  The archives are linked from the main page at http://lv2plug.in/

Since this is the only real record of progress/discussion around LV2, I
don't think private archives are appropriate.  It also makes posting to
the list double as a sort of news service which can be linked to (i.e.
talking to the wall becomes more useful).  If anyone has a problem with
this, please let me know.
