Sharing code is probably easiest using a public repo. Say your using Git for
version control, then you have some sites that will host your git repo for
you: https://github.com/ or http://gitorious.org/ I have experience with
github, and find thier service to be very easy to get started with, they
have an extensive "help" section that shows you how to set up your SSH keys
& get productive :)

Then just post a link to your github repo and we can "git clone" your repo
to get the newest version of the code.
